The Drawing room and Dining room are approximately 50 sq. metres in total, equally divided by a tall wide archway in traditional brick. The walls are deep cream with champagne silk curtains. The floors have terracotta tiles with a decorative border. The drawing room has two large, comfortable black and beige striped velvet sofas, some matching easy chairs, and a fitted cabinet which houses a top of the range entertainment system. The dining room has an oval wooden dining table which extends to seat 12. The dining chairs are all elegant with full backs and covered either in gold silk or black velvet. There is a traditional buffet against one wall.

The sitting room has warm yellow coloured walls with patio doors and terracotta floor.  It is comfortably furnished in traditional style with large sofas in black and terracotta velvet, and a marble coffee table. There is another multimedia entertainment system and the original open fireplace is in working order.

The kitchen is spacious, with two patio doors, one opening on to a Mulberry tree shaded patio with a massive Travertino table. The room has custom built painted wood cabinets, some with glass fronted doors and black marble worktops. The central island is constructed to allow informal eating as well as extensive storage. The sink is carved from marble and the appliances include a separate oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and an American style fridge freezer with automatic ice making facilities.

The Cloakroom has a dark green carved Guatemalan marble sink sitting on Travertino marble above a custom built cabinet.  The shower is lined in the same dark green marble. The floor is Travertino marble and the cloakroom  has good storage and coat hanging facilities.

Master Suite - 'Firenze':

Accessed either from its own outside terrace and staircase or internally, the master suite has a separate sitting room and bedroom with en-suite facilities. There are full length silk curtains at the windows and the floors have terracotta tiles in the two main rooms and Travertino marble in the bathroom. The sitting room is smartly decorated in gray blue and warm white. There is a day bed which can be made into either a double or two single beds and comfortable easy chairs for lounging. There is a traditional Tuscan chest with a white Carrara marble top and a flat screen TV. The bedroom is furnished to meet the highest levels of comfort. The Emperor size bed has a super lux high spring count mattress and a silk covered headboard. There are wooden side tables with Carrara marble tops and fitted wardrobes. The en suite bathroom is luxurious with a free standing Devon and Devon bath with a polished steel finish on the outside. Two ceramic basins are set on blue grey Labradoro granite fitted on top of a custom built cabinet. The shower is lined on two sides with Labradoro granite.

Bedroom 2 - 'Siena':

Located on the ground floor and opens on to a private terrace with pots of lemon and orange trees.  The shaded terrace has a table and comfortable chairs. There is a super king size bed and traditional Tuscan wardrobe and chests. The en-suite bathroom has a beautiful free standing copper clad bath and two carved Salome granite sinks sit on top of a Travertino marble trimmed cabinet. The large shower is lined on two sides with Salome granite.

Bedroom 3 - 'Lucca':

Located on the first floor with patio doors leading to a small balcony. There is a super king bed with a silk headboard and a traditional Tuscan style fitted wardrobe; a sitting area with a comfortable chair for relaxing, reading or listening to music.  The en-suite bathroom has a Devon & Devon freestanding bath with a textured outer casing. The White ceramic sink is set in Rosso Bonista marble with a marble and glass shower.  The floor is creamy Travertino marble.

Bedroom 4 - 'Livorno':

Decorated in an attractive creamy white and blue grey, with traditional, Tuscan style wooden furniture, and a super king size bed.  The en-suite shower room has a carved marble sink and a glass and Guatemalan marble shower.

Bedroom 5 - 'Palaia':

Comprises of two elegant single beds of white painted wood with shaped head and foot boards. There are two chests for storage and a matching bedside table, with a terracotta floor.  The room is furnished to appeal to adults or children. The en-suite shower room has a carved basin set on Caro Verde granite. The shower is lined with pale green Caro Verde

Bedroom 6 - 'Volterra':

Located on the second floor with stunning views from its own terrace set high above the garden. The terrace has pots of Lavender and Rosemary and comfortable lounging chairs. The super king size bed is painted ivory with green in the traditional Tuscan style and the room has an antique chest of drawers.  The shower room for this bedroom is reached by a staircase to the floor below and has a dark green Guatemalan marble carved sink and a glass and marble shower.

The Cottage - 'Chianti':

The romantic cottage is built of brick and is set apart, overlooking a graceful grass are and the swimming pool. The terrace has lemon trees in pots and sweet smelling herbs all round it. Inside there is a deluxe double wrought-iron Tuscan style bed with matching storage chests. The cosy sitting room has a semi circular window and a wooden day bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The compact shower room has a carved Travertino marble sink and shower tray, the walls are lined in Salome marble. The cottage has solar heating throughout.
